How do we live in and accept our ever-changing world with compassion an open heart, equanimity, peacefulness, and well-being. This book is for any of us that are seeking relief from tough times, such as grieving, trauma, being overwhelmed or facing aging and death. Caregiving professionals, families and friends can also use this book in caring for themselves or others.
Ellen will read from the book and explain how it came to be. She will guide you through an opportunity to share loving kindness contemplations with yourself. Ellen is happy to announce that Mark Nunberg and Kamala Masters both endorsed the book. She will also sign books for whoever might want that. There will be sparkling water and cake.
