Beginning Friday June 3 to Friday, July 29, the Mindfulness, Recovery, and Twelve Steps group will pilot a hybrid meeting format to support participation in-person at Common Ground and via Zoom. Friday night regulars describe this circle as wholesome, helpful, and fun. When it’s safe to be authentic we can meet people at a deeper level and remember that we belong.
Our ongoing program is for those seeking spiritual development by practicing the principles of recovery and the Buddha’s teachings in everyday life. This program supplements recovery and is designed to reveal to us that consistent mindfulness practice greatly benefits our spiritual progress. This ongoing practice group meets every Friday and is open to all who have an interest in Mindfulness, the Twelve Steps, and other recovery pathways. No need to register, please just join us in-person or online.
