Love is sitting in stillness
             joining the breath
Love is thanking our tree relatives
             for their gifts of oxygen and shade
Love is sharing food
             with those who are hungry
Love is vigiling for peace
             with a peaceful heart
Love is forgiveness of the politicians
             for their ignorance and selfishness
Love is forgiveness of myself
             for my ignorance and selfishness
Love is everything one sees
             when looking without fear
