In this course, we will explore the teachings on the eightfold path as a relevant guide for our practice. This map emphasizes a three-fold training involving a deepening of understanding, integrity and steadiness of mind. It is the power and balance of these trainings that leads to a deepening of insight and skill in life.
“The question is whether you want to liberate yourself. If you do, practice the Noble Eightfold Path. Wherever the Noble Eightfold Path is practiced, joy, peace, and insight are there.” The Buddha (Digha Nikaya 16)
