In-Person Programs

Current COVID Protocol:

We are asking all in person participants to consider everyone’s well being when deciding how to participate at Common Ground. Please participate remotely if you have viral symptoms such as fever and fatigue. Please consider your own and the community’s health and well being when considering whether or not to be vaccinated and boosted and when it is appropriate to wear a mask. We understand that not everyone will feel safe being at in-person programs with large groups of people. We are committed to continuing our virtual programming so that all who are interested can find a means to practice with the Common Ground community. Silent Open Meditation 

  • Monday-Friday, 6:30-8:30am,
  • Saturdays, 7:30-8:30am
  • Sundays, 8:30-9:30am
  • Tuesdays, 7:30-9:00pm

Weekly Practice Groups with Guiding Teacher, Mark Nunberg

  • Sunday Morning with Mark Nunberg, 10:30-11:45 am – In-person and on Zoom
  • Sunday Evening with Mark Nunberg, 7:00-8:30pm

  • Mondays, 5:30 – 6:30pm: In-person only

Half-Day and Daylong Retreats are now Hybrid (In-Person and on Zoom).

Half day retreats are typically scheduled for the 1st Saturday of the month and daylong retreats happen on the last day Saturday or the month. Upcoming retreats listed on our public calendar and here.

Bike Rack in Basement of CG
If you’d feel more comfortable locking your bike up in the basement, we have a chain affixed to two columns in the room under the Community Room; feel free to lock your bike there during programs. You can bring your bike down the back stairwell to access the room. If the back door is locked, ask a program host to help you unlock it.

Using Fragrance-Free Products
Some members of our community are very sensitive to chemicals, including fragrances, both synthetic and natural. Please refrain from using scented products. Thank you!
