Online Labor Day Retreat with Mark and Shelly

Registration is now closed for the Labor Day retreat.
The Labor Day retreat this year will run from 7:00pm Wednesday, September 2nd to 10:30am Monday morning, September 7th. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are offering an online retreat over Zoom for up to 80 participants.
This online retreat will include daily dharma talks and instruction, guided mindful movement sessions, small group practice check-ins with the teachers and opportunities for questions and discussion.
Registration will open Monday, July 27th.  All applications received in the first 7 days of the registration period (prior to and including August 3, 2020) will be drawn from randomly to fill the spaces available and then to make up the waiting list in order. After August 3rd any remaining spaces and/or the waiting list will be filled in the order that additional application forms are received.

Registration Priority Policy

Common Ground is committed to giving registration priority to members of some communities that have experienced historical oppression: Black, Indigenous, people of color, transgender, and genderqueer folks. We hope this increases the likelihood of a sense of safety and belonging for all members of our community. We recognize this policy benefits us all as we practice the Buddha’s teachings in an increasingly multicultural community and engage in the ongoing work needed to create a more equitable world.
