Mindfulness and Depression Community Group
In-person and on Zoom
Depression hurts, and no one should have to face it alone. In the Mindfulness and Depression Community Group we share our experience and support each other, using mindfulness to welcome even the most difficult experiences and explore the possibility of acceptance and joy. This group is open to anyone with a personal experience of depression who practices mindfulness through meditation. This is a peer-led group and the co-facilitators are not licensed therapists or spiritual counselors. This community group meets on the first and third Sundays of every month, on both Zoom and in person. No registration, no fee, just drop in! If you have any questions, please contact Todd, Jennifer, or Jamie at depression@commongroundmeditation.org.
Common Ground offers all programs freely in the spirit of generosity. If you'd like to learn more about how we operate or want to volunteer or donate, visit https://commongroundmeditation.org/donate. The leaders/facilitators for this program are not acting in a formal teaching role. As such, all donations made in support for this program can be made out to Common Ground’s general fund (i.e. not designated to a particular teacher or fund).
