Cory Clemetson

Cory Clemetson has been a Common Ground community member since 2011. He's a practice leader and a building committee member at the city center and has been the carpenter in residence at our retreat center in Prairie Farm, WI since 2016, where he leads work practice periods. He's currently enrolled in a visual arts degree program at the UMN and teaches construction and woodworking at Central High School. Cory’s interest in community began long before hearing the dharma and coming to Common Ground and he continues to deepen his curiosity and understanding about what it means to be in community with whatever arises.

“Let’s rise and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we may have learned a little. And if we didn’t learn even a little, at least we didn’t get sick. And if we did get sick, at least we didn’t die. So let us all be thankful." -Leo Buscaglia
