Sarah Wilson

Sarah Wilson started meditation through tai chi and qigong in her early 20’s. She started practicing Vipassana and metta when started coming to Common Ground in 2010. Sarah has worked in the healing arts since 1991. She continues a daily practice in tai chi and qigong alongside dharma studies and meditation practices. Sarah graduated from the Dharma Leadership Training program at Common Ground.
