Buddhist Studies

For those with a committed meditation practice, Buddhist Studies courses provide a way to dive into specific topics, deepen your understanding of practice, and invigorate your daily practice in new ways.

Multi-week courses are offered throughout the year, and include talks, small-group discussions, guided sitting time, and study resources.

  • Dependent Origination
  • Cultivating Appreciative Joy

These courses are designed for people who have attended three or more mindfulness meditation retreats (of any length) and have a commitment to daily meditation practice.
