Open Meditation

Common Ground's open meditations provide a daily opportunity to sit with community. Sits are offered every morning (and some evenings) and anyone is welcome to join.

Teacher-Led Sits on Zoom

We offer early morning Zoom sits with light guidance from a teacher six days a week, Monday through Saturday from 6:30-7:15am.

Silent Sits in Person

We offer drop-in silent meditation times seven days a week at our Minneapolis center. Participants can enter and leave the hall with the sound of the meditation bell, which is rung every 30 minutes. In-person weekly schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 7:00-9:00am
  • Tuesday 7:30-9:00pm
  • Saturday 7:30-8:30am
  • Sunday 8:30-9:30am
