Mindfulness, Recovery, and the Twelve Steps

This practice group is for people interested in practicing mindfulness and the Buddha's teachings alongside the principles of the Twelve Steps or other recovery pathways. The meeting usually includes a meditation, discussion of a dharma topic (usually on the intersection of Buddhism and the Twelve Steps), small group check-ins, and announcements.

Anyone with an interest in these complementary practices is welcome to drop in. Join in person or online.

Meets every Friday, 7:00-8:30pm.
