Welcome! Whether you're an experienced meditator looking for community, or someone who's never meditated and looking to learn, or somewhere in between, we hope you find a comfortable place to sit, listen, and share here at Common Ground. We offer many of our programs with a Zoom option, allowing anyone in the world to be part of our virtual community.

And you can get started at home, wherever you live, by listening to some of our talks, on YouTube or Dharma Seed, or by reading some of our introductory articles at the bottom of this page.
